About the Artist

I live and paint in the Rocky Mountain west, where I enjoy the immensity of nature, the way it dwarfs all human projects. I work mainly in acrylic, with elements of collage. Humor is an important aspect of my work, whether it is taking a new look at the familiar objects of the world or partnering with chance to discover places and characters that want to come to life on the canvas.

With every artwork you purchase, you become a clean water warrior! I donate 1% of art sales to Charity Water, a nonprofit organization that brings clean, safe drinking water to people in developing countries, where access to good water means education, income, and health, especially for women and children.
